Data Driven Success: Fulfilling Your District’s Strategic Vision (ALAS 2024)

In this session, the Texas Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents will demonstrate how they use data from the state to best support a school’s strategic plan. Specifically, TALAS will demonstrate how to deconstruct district goals, identify the variables that match these goals, and create visualizations and analytics around strategic plans. Participants will be invited to join TALAS’s initiative to democratize public data sets into actionable data for school districts.
